Directions For Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 serving in 8-10oz. of water once daily, 30 minutes before activity. Never consume more than 1 serving in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Read warnings and only use as directed.

Very effective. Great pump and sensation. But shouldn’t be used daily else body will get used to it. For best results use occasionally or when feeling sluggish.
Honestly when I took this for first time i felt to0 much energy inside me!
